Couple of old duffers from Mn decided to visit some friends in San Antonio. At the risk of divorce off we went, didn't have a clue what we were getting into. Our 21 GTPE was an absolute blast, did some free charging and some expensive charging but think once I get the bills it'll still be pretty reasonable. Blue cruise and adaptive cruise made the trip very enjoyable. In Austin Tx which was a parking lot on 35 just left the cruise on 65 followed the car ahead didn't have to touch a thing. Couldn't believe the BC remained active even after coming to a stop. Even got the BC to work on most of 500 miles of non-BC roads totally hands-free. Beat one motorcycle up to 100 one evening. Drove over 2500 miles. Anxious to do another someday

Nice to hear. We actually picked out our MME as the vehicle we wanted and seriously debated about the EV part of it as we'd been looking at gas and diesel vehicles. So figured if we road tripped we would just rent a car.

We have changed our mind on that....after reading reports like this it seems like being forced to stretch your legs every 180-220 miles is likely a good thing while you charge / adds to the adventure / makes you slow down and smell to roses thing.

So now hoping to do a road trip in ours vs renting!
