You drove to work and back without shutting off the vehicle for 15+ minutes?

I don't trust the efficiency or trip log reports in the car or in FordPass... Ford has too many data errors. Your actual efficiency was probably 3.0 mi/kWh in this case, for example.

Yeah, I have seen my trip logs bunch the mileage from my last “trip” with the leg I just ran. I would guess this is the case here and the leg was 56 or 57 miles. Still, 3.0 mi/KWh is pretty darned good in those temps. I was getting low to mid 2s in sub-30s in mountainous terrain while driving no faster than 35. 😊🐩

Yeah I’m not sure why it bunched the trip together, I drove to work at 7am and finished driving home at 7pm. Mostly hwy miles between 60-70mph. Clearly this isn’t accurate!

You must have drove downhill both way's. Kind of the opposite of grandpa walking 5 miles to school uphill both way's back in the day.
What do you mean back in the day! I do that now!

Good Lord, is that your daily commute or can you at least work from home a couple of days a week? I couldn't imagine driving 60 miles one way just to get to work then drive 60 miles to get back home.

112 miles is a round trip, I guess, but energy used in calculation is only one way, back from work. So the result is 2 times higher than actual.

Enjoy your new car!

Yeah I only work 3 days, so it’s not that bad! I’ve done it for 17 years, but that was a big reason to go all electric.

Mine bunches the trips too sometimes. The key thing is you are looking at and considering the efficiency. Not making excuses for faulty software, but we can tend towards trying to be more efficient. which is good.
