So drove for about 900km this past week on first part of the road trip was fine both charge stations it sat at around 90kw so I was ok with that, but coming back the first charger I had to stop at was only giving me 30kw, granted the car sat outside in -5c weather not plugged in woke up and drove 100ish km then tried to charge. I was speeding with the heater cranked all the way up trying to heat the battery up with no luck. Had to sit for over two hours to charge the car. to me that's un exceptable. I even called in and asked why it was going so slow and they responded with that's what the car is asking from the charger. So there wasn't much I could do. I tried two stalls at coop witha 35kw then went over to petro canada and got 32kw. After that we drove another 250km to the next nearest charger and it was back up to 90kw why not have a pre heat battery like every other manufacturer.
