Michigan Flipping between winter and summer tires

Purchasing a late build, low mileage 22 gtpe this coming week. The vehicle comes with a set of winter tires and the stock summer tires. Living in michigan these will be handy although I have to say throwing a set of all seasons on would be less complicated but will make do with what’s provided. For those with winter and summer tires do you just have them rotated at the dealership or I see there is a tire kit where I could have the tires thrown on an extra set of rims and rotate at my leisure.
