Want a great example of how committed Ford is to the Mustang and to motorsports? Jim Farley, Ford's *CEO*, raced a Mustang GT4 (though, of course, not a MME) in the first two races of the IMSA VP Racing Sportscar Challenge this weekend at Daytona, multiclass racing where the GSX cars like the Mustang are facing alongside LMP3 prototypes. Farley was fighting for 6th or 7th place in class for a long time in the 1st race of the weekend, and ended with a fastest lap time only 4 seconds off that of the winner in the GSX class. You can watch highlights of his battle with Turner Motorsports' Selldorff's BMW here:

Honestly, there is absolutely no negative spin any ford, mustang, or mme hater can put on this. This is just awesome to see. The CEO of a car company, being this passionate about cars and motorsport.

Almost, and I mean almost, makes me forgive all of the blatant lies and misinformation he has purposely said to sell more vehicles.
