I've experienced front camera fault and HVBJB failure on my 21 Job 1 Extended Rage this past summer. In summary, it took a long time but things are fixed and I have not had an issue the last few months which is great. Ford Corporate got involved at some point and opened a case to track my issues. Once things wrapped up, they offered to provide me with a premium maintenance plan for EVs for my trouble (brochure they gave me is attached). I accepted and my case was closed.
A couple of weeks ago I received a letter in the mail from Ford Corporate. In the envelope was a contract for a ESP plan for EVs. 60 mos/75K mile coverage. It has a $100 deductible with all options like key replacement, first day rental, etc. deleted. You might think that this was a pleasant surprise however when I purchased my Mach E I also purchased an ESP plan. It was for 84 mos/100K miles, all the options.
No idea how they did not notice my existing plan that was tied to the car but now I am trying to reach back out to the person at Ford Corporate to help me. I sent an email last week providing them documentation on what I agreed to (a maintenance plan not an ESP plan), and I included my originally signed ESP contract from my dealer.
So far I have not heard back and plan to follow up again with another email today. I guess I will need to try and call them as well. I'll probably PM FoMoCo directly here too. Fun times.
