Not specific to the MME, But this video from a couple years ago shows off the Ford Europe "Weather Factory".
It looks like they can thrown just about anything at the cars. Heat, cold, wind, inches of frost/ice, and even low pressure simulating high elevations.
Cool stuff!
Would love to see a video of the Mustang Mach E undergoing testing there. Especially for the doors being pushed open when covered in thick ice.
