Woohoo! My production date is 1/18/2021! And according to the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle, the location of my car is somewhere between Cuatalan, MX and Broomall, PA, US. Of course, since the car hasn’t been observed, it’s precise position remains unknown. And, due do a corollary principle, the Mustang Mach E Delivery Date principle, the time at which the function will collapse in Broomall is also unknown ???
Well...my Premium LR was built 1/19/21 and shipped 1/26/21. It was scheduled to be delivered today, 3/2/21. It never appeared on the Pals.com site. After I inquired with the dealer “where the heck is my Mach E”, he confirmed with Ford that my car was part of the “Stop Ship”. Ship date still says 1/26/21, but the new delivery dates are between 3/19/21 and 3/25/21! It is unknown where my car is - - - Mexico or Kansas City or frozen off the side of a road somewhere???

I understand your frustration, my car left Mexico on 12/28... those of us with the better dealers (not I) get access to VV which is better than the publicly available tools.

I would appreciate an update email, especially one like this with a perk.

What’s frustrating to me is the lack of specifics. What’s my new ETA? Supposedly it left Mexico 2/16. No updates in Palsapp.

I called the
This is real. This is a copy of what is posted on the internal Ford site

Dealer personnel, please guide customers thru the process of accessing the FordPass Charging Network at time of delivery: • Download the FordPass App, add your VIN to your garage, activate the Mustang Mach-E’s modem • Go online to www.ford.com/connectedservices to activate the two years of complimentary access to FordPass Charging Network • Once enrolled the incremental 250 kWh of complimentary charging will show up in their account.

No action is required on behalf of the dealer or customer to redeem the incremental charging kilowatts. 21MY Mustang Mach-E retail customers whom had a vehicle produced on or before February 18, 2021 will have the additional kilowatts reflected in their Ford Pass App account and available April 2021 or shortly after delivery.

I called the number and talked to a team member. Its a legit email and they were honest that they are rolling the information to dealerships. Some dealership might not know about Ford offer to Mach E customers. The dealership would have contact their Ford rep for clarification. Hopefully every Ford dealership will be informed on Ford incentives for the Mach E.

OK, I have a weird story to relate.... My delivery date to my dealer was 3/3/2021 (tomorrow). I talked to my dealer last week... he called me to let me know that their FTCP MachE was at the dealership but I wouldn't be offered a test drive slot because my delivery was so soon.

On Saturday, I did my routine login to my Ford account and noted the change in status to my order, which had the "Shipped" step complete. (Palsapp switched last week to show my car moved from Kansas City to Birmingham, completed 2/24.... Whee, Lightning is on her way! The forum tracker shows delivery on 2/27, with the ETA date back to 1/1/1980. Sounds GREAT) Stopped by the dealer, and no car. Maybe the transport will drop it off over the weekend.

Yesterday, my Ford account now shows "NEXT ACTION COMPLETE YOUR PURCHASE" with an action button that takes me nowhere. Lightning is still MIA, and the dealer is acting like it's no big deal.

With the other stories in this thread of cars being pulled back or delayed by Ford, is it possible that she's been returned to the fold? How can I check this without dealer support?

The details:
Built: 1/18/2021, Shipped to KS: 1/25/2021 (no racetrack step), Shipped to dealer in Wisconsin: 2/24

Is this normal?

Got this email today - looks like a scam to me, but maybe it's legit. Anyone else get this?

I've had the car for almost a month and I continue to get the "No Connected Services Available" message when I try to activate. The connected navigation does not show up either. Anyone successful in getting past this?

The reason I am suspicious is that going to www.machesupport.com shows a GoDaddy default web page and searching for the phone number in Google shows that it's registered to some random person (and 833 numbers are often associated with scams).
I received this email today also. I agree with you this email is suspicious. Why would Ford be sending out emails from a different domain other than Ford.com? I called the number, and an automated attendant answers saying your call may be monitored. I hung up before anyone answered.

Maybe Ford realized they might be having a customer relations problem and have set something up quickly to address the issue and all of the pieces aren't in place yet.

I took delivery last week and got the email too... head scratcher but it was in fact pushed out from the original estimate, I didn’t know that it was part of the delay (original build week was 1/3 but didn’t get built till two weeks later) but hey, nice gesture.

With connected Nav I believe you must register with Ford Pass to get the benefits. Also to take advantage of the Hands Free update, you are required to have the Connected Nav for those 100,000 miles of mapped out roads

I noticed someone on the other forum also got $1000 off the purchase price. Did anyone got that version of the email?
