Here in NY they have banned plastic bags and most stores will charge you for paper ones. I know where I will be putting my reusable bags with the MME! I hate having a bag of bags in my wife's Escape's backseat or cargo area.

Great idea. I've been wondering what to use the frunk for, now I have one. Thanks!

Here's a follow-up to my earlier post today with a couple of additional points.

I'd always wondered about the wisdom of using gloss black for the trim on the Premium -- showing dirt, scratches, etc. Although the gloss black looks sharp, the attached photo backs my concern...

The photo also gives a clearer view of what I think is one of the cameras disguised in the open door button.

I also asked about the 1-pedal driving. He didn't have a lot of driving at speed, but said that at lower speeds, such as a parking lot, it was abrupt enough to be disconcerting. I'm not too concerned -- he was driving pre-production cars and we all know that these things will be tweaked and fine tuned for the production versions.

I also asked whether or not the brake lights came on during deacceleration under aggressive regen. He didn't know but was curious to find out next opportunity when someone was following behind. Clearly, having no brake lights under this scenario could catch following drivers by surprise thus risking tail-enders.

My current car has those piano black B pillars and scratches are a real concern. You CAN buff them out if you know your way around polishes and correct cloth to use, but its a pain

When I sent for my ride, I asked about brake lights on the one pedal driving, and she didn't know. However, every question I asked I asked the people there that they didn't know the answer to, was typed into a phone to find out. After a few of these, they will be a lot more knowledgeable.

I think they all have shipping/transport materials over the discs inside the wheels. Notice they all look kind of white and you can’t see calipers at all? I believe I’ve seen cars transported like that before.
