Ford login down?

Is anyone else unable to login to Ford.com to view their Reservations and Orders page? I’ve not been able to do so all day.

I heard Ford was attempting to allow dealers to add 6 digit ADM figures to orders and it crashed everything. I'm sure they'll work it out soon!

I've been having issues with FDRS and motorcraft login stuff all day. Dealer facing stuff mostly works....but not all of it.

The problems started happening before the Lightning configurator went live. Still could be related. I’m sure I’m not the only one who was continually refreshing Ford.com trying to access it. ?

It's working now. I just tried and I was able to log in successfully and see my order.

Tom Moloughney of Inside EVs just tweeted that his Lightning reservation ‘disappeared.’ Yup, it’s called ‘Lightning overload.’
