Today saw it and heard it. I would suggest everyone to email what they would value more. Dearborn is crunching the numbers now on the survey sent out a while back.

This was the survey.
  • Customer Cash Incentive ($500-$1000)
  • FordPass Rewards or FordPass Charging Network Credit ($100+ Value)
  • Free charger hardware
  • Free 48-hour test drive when FCTP units arrive
  • $500 Dealer Cash
  • Other (please email [email protected] with your suggestion)
This is the email. Want more? Be vocal let ford know. What do you have to lose?
I rather have more money off the Mache then free charging, But that is just me.

I didn't get a survey. I know some of what I would have said though.. So I might send an unsolicited email. Need to ponder some.

same here, but I sent a nice note anyway. It probably went to the bitbucket, but it made me feel better

Who do we send it to for best effect? I prefer cash too, but the free charging is nice too. I want it all.

In Europe they sweetened the deal to 5 years FordPass and 1 year free Ionity charging (assuming that's what is meant by "one year of free access2 to the IONITY fast-charging network" :

Mustang Mach-E GT will be supported by an industry-leading ecosystem delivering seamless, integrated access to charging across Europe – for complete peace of mind on the move. Ford today announced Mustang Mach-E customers placing an order this year and into 2021 will receive five years of free access2 to the FordPass Charging Network that has grown by almost 25 per cent in less than one year – to now include more than 155,000 charge stations across Europe.

Mach-E customers will also receive one year of free access2 to the IONITY fast-charging network that has now established more than 270 charging stations en route to a targeted 400 by the end of this year.

Because you do all of your charging at retail stations, I'm sure you would prefer that. That would be a huge bonus for you. 40k miles / ~3.5 miles/kWh = 11,400 kWh @ $0.31 = ~$3,500.

I'm glad Ford isn't doing that. Most people do the vast majority of their charging at home, and that would just be a huge redistribution of money from most to a few. Nothing is "free", we're just pre-paying it in the price of the car.

Thank you. I sent a note appealing for better and more competitive financing options. Also, asked that they consider bumping up their free charging to get closer (maybe halfway) to where VW is with Electrify America deal.
