Anyone else getting hammered by Ford trying to sell you options that you already have?

I appreciate the communication from Ford, but please don’t try to sell me the performance upgrade when I already have it, or connected services. you would think they would have some way to see what we have bought and registered and would screen those with options out of the email blasts.

For the email you can turn them off in your ford.com account under Communication Preferences. I turned them all off and don’t get such emails.

Note this I still get such messages in the Ford App, but that I basically have to click to see them so I just ignore that button about connected services unless I want see when one is going to expire.

I called up Ford and told them I loved the car, but was not interested in Bluecruise or any other "extras". I asked to be taken off the mailing list. In the six months since the only mail correspondence from Ford has been the door lock reprogram. No emails either. In the app, I just ignore them. Ask them nicely, respectfully for best results.
