Not only that they awarded the "Green Truck of the Year" to the 2021 F-150 which is even further away from production than the Mach-E (at least the possibility exists that they could have seen a Mach-E--maybe a reporter was stealthily attending a roadshow event).
Umm, just for the sake of accuracy, the 2021 F-150 is in production right now.

Several early adopters on another forum have been notified that their trucks have been built. I posted the actual Monroney Label(Window Sticker), that shows the actual build date, in another thread, but here it is again.

Ford has been doing road shows with driveable F-150's all over the country.

Just FWIW.:)

They haven't made or been showing an electric F-150, which is what the green award was supposed to be for.

No, that’s the F-150 hybrid.

“Ford actually won a second award, with the F-150 being named the 2021 Green Truck of the Year. The publication, which has handed out the awards for nearly two decades, lauded the truck for offering the PowerBoost hybrid powertrain as well as the new Pro Power Onboard output system, which allows the truck to act as a generator. Contractors can use it to power tools, campers can plug in necessary equipment, etc.”

I stand corrected.

Carry on

I still find it tricky to know when people talk about "electric vehicles" whether they're including hybrid/PHEV in that or not. Seems like half the time they are, and half the time they're not.
