Those are the standardized RCL factors that are used when a vehicle does not have program rates. Those are not the vehicle model specific RCL factors. You want to look at program #60288, Announcement FDCI-25285 to get the Mach-E specific RCL factors effective Nov-17th.Options use RCL rates. How are they off? I thought Options would have it's own exclusive rates published, could be wrong on that.
