Ford Pass App 3.19.0 crashes

Looks like they will put it back in for 3.19.1. but us iPhone folks don’t have that yet.

3.19.1 - fordpass is not available on android.
I mean it's updated but Fordpass keeps saying unavailable.

Try clearing the cache for the app

On your phone, click settings, then apps, then Fordpass, the storage. Then click "clear cache " on the bottom of the screen. Also while on that screen, double check that the app was upgraded to 3.19.1. Sometimes the download for the update might start but not finish completely.

If that doesn't work, try restarting your phone and check fordpass again

It should pop up on the bottom of the Ford pass app, and it says "details "

Nope. The charging status doesn't appear even on 3.19.1. I wish this wasn't broken, as I'm about to head off on a road trip and monitoring charge status remotely will be essential. Alas...

You should try deleting your car from the app and then readding it

Maybe part of the problem but the FordPass maps have been offline for days.

3.19.1 just became available on my iPhone. I entered the App Store and searched for FordPass. The App Store acted like my version was up to date. However, when I clicked on the app name to open it, I now had an update available. That fixed the map issue.

I would require that I redo PaaK and other configs...Not sure I want to do that just yet.

I haven't tested it but if my car had all those issues and I'd already tried everything else above, deleting and readding would be my next step.

Do you not have the key fob with you? If not then wait until after your road trip

3.19.1 on iOS installed, the map is back. Won't plug in for a few days to know if that's back or not.
