Ford Pass Charging Logs

Charging logs on Ford Pass sometimes shows a charge less than what the Ford Pass vehicle charge level shows. Target charging level is set at 90%. An example would be log shows Mach e extended battery was charged to 83% but vehicle charge level 90%. I noticed this happens when adding a charge of 15% or less.

I find that when I open the Fordpass app I almost always need to refresh by pulling down on my phone screen (sometimes more than once). If it's too soon after I unplug the charger, even then it still doesn't "catch up" with the latest data. It apparently takes a long time for the data flow from the car to the Fordpass server and back to my phone
