For what it’s worth I had someone from Ford BEV team following my case and spoke to dealership and called me several timesThat sucks. I would blame the dealership for this, not Ford. I have no idea why some dealerships are so inept and act like experts only to create pissed off customers. I'm really lucky my dealer knows what they are doing with this car.
she told me to keep her name , tel and e mail address and if I ever needed assistance to call her
