Ford Servers Down?

My Hands-Free Cruise won’t engage and Sirius XM is unavailable. Is this a server issue? Everything worked fine last night and all modules were updated Wednesday for CSP 22P08. I’ve tried turning the car off four times after driving different segments and the issues aren’t resolving.

Interesting. My FordPass won’t update my charging status, can’t remote start, unlock from FordPass. I got nothing. But nobody else if saying anything. So I don’t know what’s up.

FordPass is working for me (except for remote frunk release ?)

My Sirius XM is working now after letting it sit for about an hour but I’m not in a position to test the hands-free again. My GT is a Job 2.

Guess it’s just my FordPass access to my GT. I can see charge state for my wife’s 4X. Mine is still showing the same 50% SOC it was when the FordPass tech support idiot had me remove the car and re-add it. No more securialert messages. But no other control either. Sigh ?

Edit: no sooner do I push send on this and suddenly my widget updates the SOC. So I checked my app and it shows plugged in and charging AND I can remote start again).

SiriusXM would have nothing to do with Ford servers. SiriusXM does this to see if you’re paying attention.

Some portion of Ford's system has screwed up my charging. The car and FordPass both show the correct schedule and max charge percentage on those pages but it starts charging as soon as I plug it in and wants to go to 100%. I was away on business this week, so it sat at the airport from Monday thru Friday. It was fine before I left. Got home last night and plugged in and the nonsense began. ?? ????

What does FordPass show as the vehicle location? When this happened on my car, I think it was about a block away or something.

This happened to my vehicle about a month ago. Or less, I can't remember. My vehicle claims it spent the night visiting a neighbor about 25 houses away, in the neighborhood behind mine... And it was thirsty so it filled to 100%.

I hope it doesn't ever happen again, but if it does, maybe it will be visiting the same neighbor? I'm going to add them as a preferred charge location with the same settings I use at my house. Just in case.

I can't speak to Sirius XM but my BlueCruise was working fine yesterday. I drove from Dearborn, MI to Fort Wayne, IN and back (through rain and an 18 mph headwind ... which killed efficiency going to Ft. Wayne but really boosted efficiency on the way home.) BlueCruise worked fine (even in the rain ... although there were spots where poorly marked lane-lines combined with water not the road made it disengage in a few spots.)

If you're having issues with Sirius XM ... possibly reboot Sync4. On the steering wheel ... hold volume-down AND the next-track button at the same time for about 5-10 seconds and the center screen should reboot.

As it reboots it will take a minute or two for things in Sync4 to finish re-loaded ... just be patient. After a couple of minutes everything will be back online.

It must have heard us talking about it. ? I opened the app again after I got out of the ? and it showed the correct location.
It does not show the incorrect location as a previous charge location.
The only previous charge location listed is the zip code around Sky Harbor. I have never plugged in anywhere near there. ??

Seems like GPS confusion could lead to BlueCruise too. ??
