There was an old report that the Mach-e was going to Europe first...I've only seen comments from one member saying this is fact (and the fact that he repeatedly says it doesn't make it substantiated).
I admit I don't have any facts to show that is not the case now, but I've certainly seen no indication that Ford has changed course from earlier when it's repeatedly stated deliveries will be simultaneous to US and EU. We've certainly not seen anything I would characterize as Ford confirming delivery priority has shifted to EU.

But like so many bits of info about the Mach-e, it appears to be one snippet that got picked up and repeated many different places. I'm not sure that it's not misleading. Might have really been referring to shipping some there first (since they take longer to arrive by ship) rather than actual delivery.
And of course that was all pre-COVID. Probably all moot now anyway. As you said, there was a subsequent report saying they'd arrive in Europe and the US dealerships simultaneously.
There are also many people that seem convinced the EU emissions mandates will force Ford to send the first ones there. I'm not so sure of that either. Seeing mixed info on that one.
Either way though, if there is a time gap between which countries get their first deliveries, I doubt we're talking more than a few weeks.
