4.13.0 was available for Android in PlayStore this am, so I updated....

There are only couple of things I am hoping for:
1. lower phone battery use when running in background with car parked
2. quicker/reliable re-connection on approach so PAAK is ready to go when I hit 'start'
3. periodic update display of battery status % while charging, so I can see how charging is progressing if I am waiting for xx% charge to complete

From the (lack of) details in the Release Notes, I can't tell if any of these were addressed, so there is very little incentive to update as far as I can tell. I would *hope* that developers would be proud enough of meaningful updates to let us know at least a little bit about what areas they fixed/enhanced.

Note: workaround for issue 3, which has worked for the last couple releases of FP is that if you use the FP door lock button, it will update battery status. I would be great if it would update every 5 minutes or so when charging, but this workaround is acceptable... thought I'd share in case others are not aware how to get the battery status display to update.

NOTE: this workaround only works when your MME has wifi connectivity where it is parked, and does NOT have BT connectivity to your phone directly! (i.e. implying you are more than 100 feet away or so)

I found another bug. I updated to PowerUp 2.4.2 seven days ago but FordPass hasn’t informed of another update since. This must be a mistake since @Ford Motor Company promised me I’d have BlueCruise by Q1 2022.

@Ford Motor Company would you like me to send a DM with my VIN and other details?

They NEVER specified a year - they just said “in the first quarter” ? I’m pretty sure my car will get BlueCruise in the first quarter of the year someone else owns it ?

Either something is wrong with the app or my phone. when I try to update the app it says "something went wrong, try again" I have restarted my phone twice and tried on two differnt days with the same response. I am on app version 4.12.1
