It is junk. I used to be able to find a location on my Ford app and transfer it to nav in the car. I don't think I can even do that anymore.

Seems to work for some others but not yet working for me. May works well with some versions of some mobile operating systems than others. We have to wait and see if they resolve issues before December .

Yes, I would say there are tons of opportunity to make FordPass better. Just getting the existing functionality to work 99.99% of the time would be a good start.

I agree. FordPass is pretty awful.
I tried to add my MME to MyFordMobile and it gave me this error, which made me laugh out loud a bit....

Nope, but since this is the first EV Ford built, they should offer an app for it and future EVs, since EV has unique needs, ie. charging, remote setting, etc.

I am not sure a new app will work either when they cant get current app to work. If the current app works, no need for new app right

I was always under the impression that FordPass would eventually replace MFM, but in its current state (FordPass) it's too clunky and very generic. Hopefully Ford provides an enhancement before everyone gets their MME, where a lot of the features offered in MFM is mirrored to FordPass.

Agree. My expectation is that Ford would take MyFordMobile and improve it with FordPass. Off to a very rocky start so far.....

I have tried to use my Ford pass app on both my Kuga's for the past 5 years and it has NEVER worked properly. Here in UK we don't get as many features as you in US do. The main one that has been absolutely pathetic is the live traffic function. I have been stuck in traffic during a journey and the app/satnav has stated that the road was clear with no holdups. I am really glad I didn't pay for this service when my free subscription ran out otherwise I would be very angry. I just hope it works properly with the MME
