in reality this is a somehow duplicated and incorrectly recorded driving record.

Does Ford have any idea that the app is screwed up? They must. I have gotten infinite efficiency as well. Seems to happen when the next trip is shortly after the previous one. Then the miles don't reset but the kWh do.
