FordPass iOS v.4.15 ... ISSUES ???

Anyone having issues with the latest FordPass app v.4.15 for iOS? ... mine is constantly displaying a black screen and have to shut the app off ... and I am unable to create "New Trip Plan" under "Trip Planner", it is now disabled ??? So in other words I can't plan a "Trip" and transfer to the car.

PS(1): I just deleted and uploaded the FordPass app now ... and the functionality of "Trip Planner" has been restored ... I can now create a "New Trip Plan' and send to my vehicle !!!

PS(2): I kept deleting & uploading v.4.15 of FordApp, re-booting my iPhone and it seemed that at least the functionality of "Create New Trip Plan" is restored and the black screen syndrome has now disappeared ( ...I hope !!!).

I have now deleted and re-loaded the app several times, re-booted (different than power off) my iPhone12Pro to no avail ... !!!!

I delayed updating my app since car is at dealership while they attempt to install the blue cruise function. Didn't want to risk messing anything up until I got car back, now seeing the issues others are having with this version, glad I didn't

I'm not having an issue with Journeys, but the black screen is a common occurrence since the update.
Sorry ... "journey" is a bad usage of word to describe my issue.
Under "My Maps" ... toggle to"Trip Planner" ... I am unable to create a new trip plan.

Hmm, yeah something's broken with that. If I select an address from my list of recent searches, it creates a trip plan fine. But if I enter a new address, it just stays blank and won't search for it.

Yeap - I've had the black screen on open many times now. Having to force close and re-open most of the time.

Hopefully they can get a fix out quicker than normal, it's rather annoying.

Journeys hasn't worked for me in a while, not sure when it stopped. It's never been super reliable so I don't really care too much.

Hopefully they can get a fix out quicker than normal, it's rather annoying.

Journeys hasn't worked for me in a while, not sure when it stopped. It's never been super reliable so I don't really care too much.
Mine stopped working and I had to go into the settings, disable my Carplay on my phone and reset all the Journey settings. Now I see my journey's again

Ford Motor Company does troll here and they do read these threads ... Last time I had posted about issues I was having with the new version of Sync4 and the dreaded "12v Battery Fault - Service Soon" pop ups; and Drew from Ford Motor Co. contacted me, I was assigned a CAS file case number and a Customer Care Specialist stayed with me throughout until the issue was resolved by my local Ford dealership to my full satisfaction. This is how I was able to resolve the dreaded "12v Battery Fault - Service Soon" pop up warning displayed on the dashboard.

I was indeed more than impressed by the unexpected attention generated by just posting an innocuous message here and an actual person from Ford Motor Co. contacted me... I have to say FORD ROCKS !!!

Yep, same here, yet another bug introduced. It’s like they don’t dogfood this app.

For journeys you have to make sure the permissions are enabled in the mobile apps setting on the car for FordPass, they get reset after each app update or something
