Is anyone else getting this error any time you try to plan a trip through the Power My Trip Function on the FordPass app? I have been getting this error for over a week now. I have even gone so far as to uninstall and re-install the app.

I have same problem (iPhone X). I haven't been able to plan any trip since I received the MME in September.
I reported this to Ford Italy's FordPass support in early October but they still haven't given me a solution.
I'm a little frustrated!!

It's working fine on my iPhone 12Pro. What kind of phone are you using? That's important information when discussing FordPass app issues.
I have 11 Pro Max, Running iOS 15.1 Thanks for the additional Clarification.

Not yet, I am on another road trip, I will probably do so when I get back and post an update here.

Hi Boselka,
I solved my issue.
Ford said me to connect the car to a charger (I used the Mustang portable charger); use FordPass app to plan a trip whit the car connected then disconnect the car and plan another trip.
This procedure works for me .... good luck!!
