FordPass Reward Points - How long till they show up?

Thanks. I called once already, just tying to gauge how long I should wait to try again. They said it could take up to 6 weeks, but I figure that’s a hedge so I’m asking how long is more typical for the folks here.

They told me that too the first time I called. They didn't bother to dig deeper and find out about my wife's account. The second time I called they did a more thorough job checking for me. And I already redeemed the points for the Mach E car mats.

Just called now. Great lady on the phone. My points should be
added to my account in a few weeks.

Purchased my Mach on April 11th and did not see the points. On May 14th I called FordPass support at 10:00am and the 22,000 points were in my account by 3:00pm.

For some reason, they show up on my wife's app and not mine. It's the same account and same car.

The points showed up on my wife's phone too. Odd since I connected my phone to the car first. Looks like it only took a matter of days before it showed up, not that I would have known, my wife never opens the app.
