This happened to me once when I used the points quickly. They corrected their mistake soon after and removed the points that were in error.
I guess I'll wait and see if the same thing happens.

When I bought new tires it took about 6 weeks (went to Michelin first). When I have service done it's pretty quick. When my Visa Ford Rewards card submits them at the closing date it's instantaneous. When I use them they are instantly removed. I used them to replace the expired wheel latex canister for my 2016 Ford Fusion as a warning light came on to remind me to do so. They subtracted the Rewards points and when I got home and checked Ford Pass they were already gone. Same thing when I used them for several items for my Mach E (which I don't even have yet). I wanted to use them for a second key FOB but they are on National backorder or something so I ordered from carandtruckremotes and it cost me about $92 for it. I had plenty of rewards points so I could have used them and probably should have just waited. I'm going to use them to pay labor on programming the second remote key FOB and mounting the four wheel locks on the wheels whenever my car eventually arrives (hopefully July by the latest). Any excess points will be used when I take delivery on the car. I'm averaging 10,000 to 15,000 points per month with Rewards Visa. I should easily have over 100,000 points by July. Divide the total number of points by 200 and you have the dollar amount you're actually using (in this case 100,000 equals $500 to be used for additional deposit on car).

Purchased my car on 3/30 and they showed up yesterday 4/8. What is the approx. value of 22,000 points when purchasing something? I was in the app and trying to see but couldnt find how to apply the points. I am guessing it is probably easier to do on the website.

Applying points is a huge PIA! You can't use them when you order online. You HAVE to use them at your dealer and they go through the Service Department which figures out how many points to deduct and writes up a R.O. after you wait in line at the Parts Department for the price and the accessory or part. If you have service done on your Ford they are deducted from the R.O. bill. My experience is it's a lot of waiting to order the accessories or parts but I'm determined to do it.

That's unfortunate but very helpful information. I would have probably gotten frustrated trying to do it online and given up (likely what they are counting on). Thanks!

I still don't have my original 22,000. Time to call FordPass again.
My points didn't show up in my account either (purchased the car on 3/5), so I called a couple of days ago to check on the status. They were able to see that the points were actually applied to my Wife's account, which is weird because her name/email/etc wasn't on any of the paperwork. We did set her up with PaaK, though, so I'm assuming that's how the vehicle was associated with her. So it may be worth checking the FordPass account of anyone else you may have set up with PaaK -- the points may be there!

Did anyone get another round of FordPass Reward Points? I purchased my MME on 3/26, and I got 22,000 points on 3/31. I immediately used all of the points towards the purchase of an ESP, which left me with a balance of zero. When I woke up this morning, I had a new message in the FordPass app saying that I have new Rewards Points. Sure enough, I now have another 22,000 points in my account. Anyone else?
Do you still have them. I used up my points yesterday, and just got a message that I have another 22,000 points.

Yup, they’re still there. Maybe it’s like a bottomless cup of coffee with free refills?
I just wish they came earlier. I could have used some bottomless points Friday morning.

Any updates on how long it’s been taking for the reward points to show up after purchase would be appreciated.

I bought 4/30 and still waiting, even after a call to Ford almost a couple weeks ago. It’s basically the only thing I’m expecting after purchase that still hasn’t shown up-Ford Motor Credit account is set up, got the extra 250kW charging credit, and even the 3D pony. I’m want them points to get the weather floor mats!

My points weren't showing up and I couldn't figure out why. I called one of the Ford Pass Guides and she checked my Ford Pass account and didn't see them (duh) then she said it looks like your wife has an account and there are 22,000 points in her account. So for whatever reason, the points went in her account and not mine. You might want to call one of the Ford Pass Guides and ask them if they can see where the points are. My wife's account was credited the points about 2-3 days after we purchased the car. I used our points for the mats also.

I saw your comment on this earlier, but I don’t have a “wife’s account” to worry about any confusion LOL ?

Just in case I wanted to be sure. I don’t know how or why she had an account and neither does she. You still need to call a Guide though.

Thanks. I called once already, just tying to gauge how long I should wait to try again. They said it could take up to 6 weeks, but I figure that’s a hedge so I’m asking how long is more typical for the folks here.
