FordPass service not found in the app

So I finally got around to setting my FordPass charging network - I'm going to take a road trip next week. The setup on Ford.com went fine - it shows activated and a balance of 500KWH.

But when I go to the FordPass app and access "FordPass Charging Network" so that I can enable Plug & Charge, I get "No FordPass Charging Network service found..." It's been two days since I set it up on Ford.com.

Any suggestions?

Did you try all the usual things? (Log out and re-log in, uninstall and re-install Ford Pass)?

I did not....until just now. The log out / back in corrected the issue.
