We are agreeing to any disclaimers that free Ford from legal liabilities in the event that FordPass stops working. Since it's all tech developed by fallable human beings, it's bound to fail at times, which is common sense. But people expect perfection, which is impossible, especially when there are so many factors in addition to the imperfection of humans that can cause technology to go awry.
