This started in Redding CA where there was no AT&T cell signal for the car. Had to use my fob or codes. Restarted phone but still the fordpass app refuses to load. Any ideas? Afraid to delete and reload the app as it will probably mess up Paak

Restart the phone?
Already did that twice. Ford guide thinks the modem in the car failed. Maybe the car needs to be reset. Waiting to hear back from the dealer service dept

When you say “won’t load”, are you saying the app won’t launch? Or that it won’t populate with data?

Won’t launch. Blue oval appears and eventually the app crashes. Apparently it is looking for a response from the car and times out.

I suspect that the app is corrupted if it won't launch. I disabled WiFi and Bluetooth on my iPhone and was still able to launch the FordPass application. I would try deleting the app and reinstalling it.

Thanks. Will try that eventually, just worried about having to setup Paak all over again.
