Forscan and VIN info

I plugged Forscan in my MME today to pull serial number information and noticed something interesting... one of my modules was attached to a VIN number different than mine (see BECM):

No DTCs are reported. Anyone else see this? Is this just the way it reports info for this module? Was something possibly replaced before I took possession of the car? Other theories?

I don't believe that is a valid VIN. Might be some other reference number.

I do not see a VIN DID (PID) for the BECM, but I do see something similar in one of the Configuration DIDs.

DE00 "AP23A21028210022LJ98 10B759 BD "

LJ98-10B759-BD looks like the HV Battery assembly part number.

AP23A21028210022 looks like a serial number.

Same with mine. The BECM has another value listed under the VIN section.
