Forscan in Chicago area?

I'd like to do a few Forscan tweaks, but don't have a windows PC and really would prefer not to go through all the steps for what's basically be a one and done change... Anybody able to do Forscan tweaks in the Chicago area? Happy to pay for time in cash or beer

Someone needs to open source forscan, mode it out of the Soviet Union and onto GitHub and develop multi platform implementations.
