Gateway module bad

Hope this is in the right place: has anyone had a gateway module go bad? my mme - ruby - is in the shop for the 4th week. first it was the instrument cluster that went. after waiting for that for more than a week they installed it and said the gateway module went bad. told me the part would be here last thurs - it wasnt - and today was told ford needs to finish the software to complete the module and they have no eta on when that will occur! appreciate any thoughts, ideas, suggestions!

Suggest you try and get the attention of Ford Motor Company here on the forum. You might get them to look into this. Gateway modules are never happy and usually throw codes when something else is at fault.
