Interesting. Is that adapter a J1772 type 1 to a type 2 Euro spec charge port? Is this a Euro spec Mach-E?? The protective cover near the charge port sure looks like the shape of type 2.

If not, what is that adapter or extension for?

Yes, I'm assuming it's Euro spec being tested in North America. It also has the AWD badge and Euro width license plate adapter.

Hyundai Kona with Mustang Mach-E this time:

This shows me how much bigger the MME is than I'd realized. I've driven someone's Kona EV and it is a car I had been considering.
I had been considering a Kona but was unhappy they haven't introduced it with AWD (unlike their ICE version). I also thought it was a bit small. This really shows how much smaller it is than the Mach E.

Same with the Niro EV lacking AWD. It's roomier than the Kona Electric, more storage space too, but the FWD just makes it a no-go for me.

Bolt EV, Niro EV, Kona Electric all have this problem.

Wider and longer, but hardly any taller though. That may be my #1 wish-was-different item for the Mach-e... that it be a few inches taller with a few more inches of ground clearance.

This was the Mustang vs SUV/CUV tradeoff. Mustangs are ground-huggers.
