Have you seen any good info on the differences in construction and pros and cons of pouch vs cell systems? Unless I missed it, it is mentioned in this article but that part is given little detail.

I haven't.

About the only thing I've heard is that cell systems may be slightly heavier due to the packaging but that is about it.
