If it wasn't already clear, here's the GT Caliper

Great info and pretty much closes the loop on this issue.
FE and GT are the same exact calipers (powder painted red).
I believe the Select and Premium calipers are the same base item as the FE but a mill finish vs painted so their part numbers would be different. Performance would be the same of course.

Now if it was chrome....then it would make the car faster but that is a different story for a different day. :p

I pulled the left front wheel on my GTPE to test fit my winter wheels. Here are some photos of the caliper label and some rough measurement. Will try to get better measurements when I install the winter tires this weekend.

Hey! I'm pretty new here.
I live in SoCal and I've put about 2k miles ( I think ) on my GT non PE.
I happened to park right next to a burnt orange PE today at the grocery store so I got some good side by side comparison of the brakes, etc. I have to say that I was slightly disappointed that my brakes do not sport the Brembo logo compared to the PE

And I will say that I too was fooled by the Ford, Brembo, etc. press releases when I was researching before placing my order. I was like, "Exact same brakes! What a deal?!"

Anyhow, I've enjoyed all of the bantering back and forth on this thread. If I get any more techy., I'll post some phots from the parking lot today. Cheers, SilentD

See photos. Mine is the space white ‘regular’ GT. I am willing to take some measurements (maybe even with the wheel off!) at some point in the future
