GT Style Grill Vinyl for Mach-E Premium

Not sure how easy it is to remove the emblem. Everyone are following the same approach of cutting around it. So I also went with same approach.

While doing striping, I’ve done both approaches on my car (removed the emblem) and my wife’s car (left emblem in place and then cut. Leaving the emblem in place is absolutely the better way. No breakage of the pins AND a better lay of the vinyl. When I tried replacing the emblem over the vinyl on my car it wanted to gather and bunch at the edges.

Also, I did Mod a lighted Pony on my Premium, but at this point I say it isn’t worth the hassle. Someone will make an aftermarket one sooner or later.

Scheduled for production: 10/11, Built: 10/15, Shipped: 10/19, Arrived in KC: 11/1, Arrived in Ayer, MA at Auto Distribution Center: 11/29, 11:00pm. I've no idea when it will be trucked the final 25 miles to my dealer!

It looks like the installer added a thin black trim to the bottom of the graphic. Classy.

As I understand it, the front emblem is not easy to remove. It isn't just glued on like the door emblems are, and removing them requires removing multiple frunk panels in order to get to the screws behind the grill that are holding the emblem in place.

My installer also just cut around the pony. If you take it to a quality place, it'll still come out amazing this way!

Nice! Curious though, why didn't they remove the emblem to install and them replace over the wrap?

Because the badge is bolted from behind and you'd have to take the whole grill and bumper off to remove it. My guys in the UK cut around the badge in no time. You just need to pick experienced wrap'ers and don't try and do it yourself - it's definitely an art. Cost $140 excluding materials,

Where did you get the grill decal?

I ended up removing mine to make it easy for my guy, also, it’s being replaced with a lighted pony!
