Just got this today. First ota update. Job 2 and had dealer update everything about a month ago.

My frunk button has worked since delivery….hope this doesn’t “fix” mine. On the other hand, my bluecruise has never gone into full hands free mode.

Only thing that's happened to my late 2021 build so far is the Bluecruise map update, so hoping none of the module updates are some kind of prereq for getting this first actual update.

I received 2.8.2 a couple of days ago. The only other update I have received since delivery has been the map update.

Mine was purely OTA. I’m in the early access program.

Got my 2.8.2 OTA last night. First update to the car - woohoo! Now bring on an actual SYNC update

Got my 2.8.2 update day before yesterday, sure are scared to tell what it really was. As others have said I think the only other update was the BC maps

As I understand it, 2.8.2 does some background enabling for the next update that actually makes changes to Sync 4a which is 2.8.3. That’ll add a couple of games and Apple Maps EV route planning.

Sounds like we need 3 updates then.

2.8.2, then 2.8.3, then the recall.

Glad I have a dealer appointment next week to get the recall software, seems like a long wait considering I haven't gotten 2.8.2 yet. Thousand mile road trip on the 25th.
