Guided Virtual Tour

I am curious if anyone has attended Ford's guided Virtual Tour? If you attended, did you find it beneficial, or was it a rehash of what you already knew?

I did. The technician was as nice as could be but it was her first one. She wasn’t the technical expert that I was hoping for. There was a lot of looking things up. I did offer a lot of feedback which she listened to and was receptive to. Overall, it wasn’t a big learning opportunity but I feel like it was maybe a good customer feedback opportunity.

The process was pretty advanced. The connection was good and she could access my screen to see the settings.
