Okay, so had the Mach-e into the dealer today to look at why BlueCruise hands-free wasn't working. They cleared a few trouble codes. When the tech took it out for a drive, he noticed that lane keeping was not on, he turned it on, and Blue Cruise started working.
I know I've had lane keeping on, in fact I remember it triggering when I moved into the other lane to avoid a bicycle this morning. So I'm not convinced that was the issue. I'm guessing the clearing of some trouble codes may have fixed it.
