Happy Earth Day; Thanks, Electrify America!

Electrify America celebrated Earth Day today by offering free charging at all their installations. What a great way to honor the Planet!

On my way home this evening, I stopped to pick up a free charge at the EA station in Gilroy, California. As expected, it was packed! I counted three MMEs (including mine), a VW ID4, a Porsche Taycan, a Polestar, and a Hyundai Ionic5. It didn't take me long to find a vacant charger and top off.

Got my free charge in South Lake Tahoe. Only person at charges for 40 minutes. Disappointed my SOC leaving my house was 100%. I should have arrived in South Lake with around 50%. Only had 31%.
