Has anyone gotten confirmation their Machdrop FE is in the order book yet?

I'm still waiting for my dealer to tell me that he's heard from the "Ford regional manager." I think I've been ghosted. I sent another email that went unanswered today. I have an email from Mach-Drop that states they got the order.

Nothing on my Mach Drop either. I asked the dealer if it was in WBDO, and they said they don't see anything yet. Only thing I've gotten was the generic Mach Drop email from 10/2. Original premium reservation is still active.

I DO NOT have a First Edition Mustang Mach-E on order through the Mach-Drop program. I have a copy of an email that shows they got the order. WTF!

My dealer checked the status on my Mach Drop order and they don’t have any information in regards to a build date or a VIN. I would call the dealer who had to enter the information with Ford on your behalf. The Mach drop program was a cluster-f from day one. Don’t take HQ’s word. My dealer sees orders with no names attached and orders with names and no details. My dealer thinks my Mach drop has no name attached to it.

HQ has a list of ~300 Mach-Drop names, mine is not one. My dealer is not helping. Here's the screenshot from Ford HQ.

HA!!!! you are so funny. I don't have the PDF. I only have the picture of the icon of the PDF. Julie only sent me a screenshot. What you see is what I have. CRAZY!

For my drop order, all I have so far is a coded listing of the order from the dealer, with my name and specs, but as of 10/14 it was UNSCH/CLEA, which means not yet scheduled to build basically. Maybe since then I don't know, but I haven't heard anything.

We have escalated this situation to our support staff for clarification. As soon as we receive an update we will inform you.
