I've had a 95 GT and a 2012 Boss 302. I currently have a 2013 GT350 and my high school car- a 64 Falcon. Someday I will inherit the 1910 Model T Touring. Hopefully I'm done crashing cars.

I'm a second generation Mustang owner. I had a 2012 convertible that I traded in because I simply needed more space for a 2016 Explorer. Miss the Mustang every day, especially in sunny southern California. Jumped at the chance to go EV when the MME was revealed, and I have no objections to the Mustang nameplate, glad I can have a 'stang in the stable again.

I almost forgot....I also owned a 1979 Mercury Capri RS Turbo which was really a Fox body Mustang. I didn't keep it long because of how it handled in snow.

Does that count? :)

Just curious....

Are the people buying MMEs previous Mustang owners or not?!

If you have, give us some details!!!

I had an '11 Mustang V6, Kona Blue with factory white strip and performance package. GREAT car, except in snow. I commuted 70 miles roundtrip and put a ton of miles on it. Traded for a '16 Explorer Platinum. Another great car. 80K and pretty much trouble free.

Confession to make, I've pretty much thought every Mustang produced between the 1971 and the early 2000s was hideous. And most of the ones in the 2000s were slow but meant to look sporty.

I know people love their Fox body Mustangs, but those are just so ugly to me.

1968 Lime Green/gold! Automatic, in order for all _____ to drive. Unable to state truth in our age of "political correctness" and all that rot. You are all intelligent and can fill in the blanks. I think many Mustangs since are automatics?

40 or so years of car ownership and this may be my first Ford, let alone a Mustang ( I have considered Mustangs and Fords before, just never been this close to actually following through).

Trading in my third (2015 v6 convertible) for the Mach E. I've driven one for 23 of 37 years since getting my license.

I haven't owned a Mustang, but my parents had a 65 Mustang and a 68 Mustang. My brothers got the 65 as a hand-me-down. They also owned a 79 Mustang and an 85 Mustang GT.

My car history:
1979 Monza
1987 Ford Escort
1985 Ford Escort (while stationed in Germany)
1992 Ford Probe LX (kept it for 16 years and 215,000 miles)
1999 Ford F-150 (mostly for my wife)
2006 Subaru Baja (mostly for my wife)
2001 Jaguar X-type (bought it used and transmission died shortly after)
2011 Subaru WRX (love the car, but lots of mechanical issues)

When I bought the Probe, I wanted a Mustang. But I was only 19 and couldn't afford the insurance. After that, the next car was after I had a kid and a Mustang just wasn't practical for me. Now I'm excited to get a crossover that is probably faster than my WRX and it has a Mustang on it.

I had a '67 Fastback that had a 390 with a four speed manual. When I got it, in trade for a Chevy van, don't ask, it was burning oil like crazy. I had the engine rebuilt with over-sized pistons so it wound up being waay more power than I was comfortable with. I eventually traded it for a '76 Corvette. :p
