Discount Tire just did my new wheels and tires on my Mach E and did a fantastic job. I’ve always had a great experience there!

Longtime customer of @Discount Tire. Can't say enough about them. Recently got new tires from them, working with this social media team. Had a problem during installation, and DT's response in dealing with that problem was first rate.

For those that don't know, if you buy a new vehicle, you can buy a Certificate for Repair, Refund, or Replacement from them despite the fact that the tires weren't bought from them. If the tire is damaged beyond repair, they'll replace it. I got certificates on my Mach-E tires, and as with all my new cars plan on going to DT for free rotations and balancing. https://www.discounttire.com/customer-service/certificates

The Wheel Visualizer on your site is missing the GT. Do you not yet offer wheels for the base GT or is it just missing from the visualizer? I think a lot of us with the base GT hate the standard tires and would love to see what alternatives would look like.

Welcome aboard! I just had a flat tire on my Mach-E patched at the Discount Tire location in Bentonville, AR last week and they were great -- professional, friendly, and fast. I'll definitely take my business to them when it's time for a new set of tires!

Definitely great company. Took my car over in June because of nail in tire, decided to put run flats on it, had to order them but received the tires the next day.

Yes, they do. I specifically asked the manager of my DT this question when my F-150 was being worked on. He said they'd pull the Mach-E into the bay without a lift, use pucks, and lift with floor jacks manually.

Of course at DT you can reinforce this when you check in, and then stand outside the bay when they work on the car and intervene if necessary.
