Help...Endless "Create a Profile" Notifications

I didn't find this here except one mention in the UK thread, with no solution posted.
My wife added our new GT to her FordPass app yesterday. For 24 hours now, every 9 minutes, she gets a pop-up notification from FordPass to "Create a profile for your 2021 Mach-E" If she clicks the notification she gets taken to a page showing both our MMEs and the dates that she created her profiles. This page shows she has a profile set up. Anyone else run into this and solve it somehow?

IOS 15.3.1 on an iphone 13
FordPass version 4.12.0

I've tried deleting the car from her app and re-entering the VIN, including reauthorizing access from my FordPass.
I've force closed the app and reopened.
I've logged her out of the app and logged back in.
I'm hoping not to have to delete the app and reinstall as I don't want to have to redo her PAAK for her car.

But does it still show the previous one as linked in any way? Maybe it thinks you need to setup the old one again?

Nope. That was is gone. From both of our accounts. In the apps and online via the ford website.

She already went that route, I’m just trying to find a better fix. And currently feeling not very helpful To her. She’s probably used to that.

Now I feel dumb. But I doubt it will make a difference. If I log in to her account on my phone, then I start getting the notifications. Which tells me it isn’t a phone dependent thing. But I’ll try anything twice.

This is not a new issue, and it's not just multiple vehicles - when I got mine, I was prompted for some time to set up my profile before it just stopped asking, even though I had already set up a profile. It actually didn't ask for a while, then it asked for a while, then it stopped asking again.

I'm not sure there's much you can do other than ignore it which is what you're doing now.

This is not a new issue, and it's not just multiple vehicles - when I got mine, I was prompted for some time to set up my profile before it just stopped asking, even though I had already set up a profile. It actually didn't ask for a while, then it asked for a while, then it stopped asking again.

I'm not sure there's much you can do other than ignore it which is what you're doing now.

yeah it's not great advice I fully admit. I'm just disappointed that the issue is still there. ?
