Help With Tracking Shipment

Hello,

I received the email on Monday that our premium had been shipped with an expected delivery of June 12-18. Using ordertrack.app I see that we have a freight id (0752380686) and it shows shipping via railcar. This doesn’t seem to follow the CSX tracking id’s so any help guiding this clueless soul is appreciated!

Contact ford using their chat feature under support. Enter your contact info and VIN for your order and once the agent comes live, specifically ask them for your railcar #. The freight ID on ordertrack is not your railcar. Then, use the CSX (or whichever railway has your railcar) automated system to track.

Nothing groundbreaking in my opinion.. after several rounds of Ford chat who said they had no updates, someone finally told me our car was last updated at ramp 6R back on last Tuesday. I’ve had no updates since, dearer said last week that they’d expect it to arrive in our window still (6/12-18). The railyard line updated with info from like February so I assume it means it was offloaded from that railcar and will travel the remainder on a truck with no way of tracking.
