I can not connect Ford Sync with my home Router. It is an AMPLfi Router. Any help would be appreciated.

If you have anything in the Domain Name field on your router settings, that is likely the problem. Unifi networks typically have "localdomain." Deleting that should allow it to connect. Not sure why Ford hasn't addressed it yet.

I have had the same problem with UniFi network. I have theUniFi Cloud Key and USG-3P Router and 2 UAP-AC-Lite Access Points.. and someone in this forum said they fixed it by removing the domain name from there router and I did the same and it corrected the issue and it connects every time now !!
Here is how to do it if you have the same equipment.
1. Logon to your Unifi Console
2. Click on Settings "Gear Icon"
3. Click on Networks and then on LAN
4. Click on Advanced
5 Then if you have anything under "Domain Name" remove or delete it.
6 Dont forget to click on "Save" at the top of the screen.
mine had "localdomain" and after I removed it the Mach E connects every time.
