How do you keep the traction control off?

What ever came of this issue? I just dropped my 2021 off for some warranty work as I am about to surpass 36K. Same issue, I can turn it off on the screen in two locations however it pops right back on after a few seconds.

I have had mine back to the Dealer twice since I last posted anything. The engineer who was working on it has been applying various patches and doing updates. But the problem has not been solved. He worked on it a week ago again. They are stumped. I am having some other work done in mid August so maybe they will come up with something by then. I know there are other people having the same problem. Has anyone in a different district had any luck getting this resolved. You would think that Ford Engineering would be across the board. But I wonder if different regions have different resources?

Day 3 with the EV tech working with Ford engineers and no solution yet. Tomorrow will be day 4. It'll be interesting to read the service summary showing everything that they tried.

Day 6. Nothing. In fact I think they may have given up until perhaps an engineer comes in to look at it? Didn't here from the dealer today so I drove by and my car has been relegated to the back parking lot. Jumped in, turned it on, hit the traction control icon and it still turns back on. ☹

yeah I think it’s going to sit there another three weeks at least. They have no clue. I brought mine back last week for something else(a torn weather strip) and was told by the service writer that they haven’t forgotten about the traction control issue but haven’t heard anything back from Ford for scheduling. They schedule out two weeks in advance. So I would get my car back and drive it till there is a fix.

Day #15 (actually day #20 since I dropped the car off). I have opened a case with the BEV team. They can see the dealer has an open inquiry open with Ford. I hope this escalation can get more eyes on the situation so that Ford can provide a fix for me and others with this issue.

IS their a reason you haven't just gone and picked up your car to drive it around? If it's just sitting there, why not give it back to you to drive around?
I suppose that I don't want to get into a situation where I take it back and they either never come up with a solution or I bring it back time and time again for them to try something that does not fix the problem. They gave me another Mach-E to drive so I suppose my car is simply not racking up miles at this point. My decision to let them keep it may change depending on how my case with the BEV team goes.

Willing to bet that most 2021's are this way. It will be one month this Friday with my car setting at the dealership. I suppose on the bright side I have saved about 1500 miles from being put on her. Latest update is that I will hear back from the BEV team by tomorrow.

Update 134: Picking my car up today. After sitting at the dealership for 30 days and after opening a ticket with the BEV team, it was determined that a fix will be deployed in a OTA software update that is supposed to come out before the end of this year. Not holding my breath but for certain will bring it back up again if I do not get this "update".

When I was last in, they said that the update was there 3 weeks ago, but when they went to check, it was removed, so it seems they are still working on getting ti fixed.
