LOL, properly optioned, the T37 was quicker than the GTO. It weighs less. Pontiac never put a lot of work into the 354 (the engine they called a 350). They put this work into the 389 and 400 (for 3” main engines) and the 421, 428, and 455 (for 3.25” main engines). Too bad your T37 didn’t have at least a 400 in it.Your 1972 Chevelle Malibu 350 was a more popular GM Version of my Pontiac T37. The T37 was a Poor Man's GTO.

After some research and six months for the looks to grow on me, I purchased Lightning Green McQuean in Silver Pine Mica.
Now with my son and still going strong at 200,000 miles.
I converted Lightning to a plug in hybrid using the Enginer pack with 8kWh extra batteries to bring him up to 65 MPG on my 35 mile commute, but that platform was not very robust and seemed to require frequent repairs.
December 2011, I leased my first all electric 2012 Nissan Leaf.
Then in Dec 2017, I was looking at the Gen 2 Leaf but elected to upgrade to 2017 Chevy Bolt Premier instead.
And that brings us to today, not so patiently waiting for my very first Ford Mustang still in production last time I checked. You can't say this is not a Mustang
While at the same time saying this is
