How-to find your most recent OTA update

Did a quick check and didn't see this mentioned anywhere but if it's a repost, please feel free to close up the thread.

1. Update to latest FordPass on iOS
2. Open FordPass
3. Click Vehicle on bottom nav bar
4. Expand Features & Settings
5. Click Software Updates
6. Look for "Recent Changes" and click the date under that subheader
7. You should see the details for most recently installed OTA update (in my case, Customer Satisfaction Program 21B36 on Oct 30)

The last update info still exists under my account, but the number is not there

And "update details"opens the screen I've attached in my previous post.

The only consistent thing with FordPass, and seems like all Mach-E software, is inconsistency

Good find - maybe the difference is in iPhone version vs android.

Does 21B36 address the current phone connectivity? If so, I need that one! My car seems to change its mood from day to day. Today the phone connected and carplay started nearly every time I got in, but my profile never loaded. smh

And how do I actually get my car to request an update? From what I can gather, I get to wait for ford to push them out eventually. Sitting on 3.5.2 since Sept 9.

Oddly enough, I picked it up on Sept 2, so I got an OTA a week after delivery and I thought I avoided the never updating issue that many people here talk about. Guess not…

Thanks! I can finally tell which update i had. My car and the app never told me before and it was so annoying.

( to anybody who is about to say "yes the car has" stop being stupid, obviously Ford is as competent with software as my nephew is with a spoon and our cars are all acting differently. Have of yall don't have a frunk button and a good group don't have bluecruise so yeah. )

I’ve been fortunate to have little to no connectivity issues, so sorry I can’t really chime in on whether it has made a difference.

Yeah, reading the forum and from own experience, it seems to just be a game of luck and driving around enough to trigger the update.

Not sure how it’s rolled out but FWIW.. I’m on iOS 16.1 and app is on 4.22.1 (to find app version, click Account on top right, Settings, and check bottom of screen)
