Seems like a silly question but can anyone tell me what the actual voltage is for the HV battery? Somewhere between 400v & 800v?

My OBD readings usually show between 340v and 380v

It will vary based on charge. Probably somewhere between 200 and 400V depending on how much buffer Ford has on the top and bottom ends. Not many cars have 800v systems yet but that is inevitable to get faster charge times.

Thanks, Ben & Bill. I'll go with around 360v, depending on state of charge. That should be good enough for folks asking at EV shows that I'm going to these days (in Southern Ontario).

It's a nominal 400v system. As @benk016 showed, it will measure at below 400 (like a nominal 2x4).

I could have sworn someone posted something about a few months back showing the specific voltage figures for the batteries and that it was, interestingly, slightly different for the SR vs ER models, but I cannot now find it.
